From January 13 to 15, 2026, the K2 students visited the Wan Chai Market for an educational field trip. During the visit, the children learned about various fresh fruits and vegetables, gaining an understanding of their types and origins. The market features meat stalls, dry goods shops, and stores selling fish and seafood. The vendors enthusiastically introduced the characteristics of the ingredients to the children and interacted with them warmly.
Through group activities where they searched for specific ingredients, the children not only learned about the uses of different foods but also developed a spirit of teamwork. At the same time, they observed the diverse payment methods available at the market, such as cash, Octopus cards, and contactless payments like Alipay.
