To complement the thematic unit “I Am a Big Brother,” our kindergartens led the children on visits to the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department’s “Electrical and Mechanical: Dreams Take Flight” exhibition hall on January 6, 8, and 12, 2026. Through the docent’s explanations and engaging animations, the children learned about the uses of various household appliances, safety precautions, and ways to conserve energy.
The children were full of curiosity throughout the visit, actively participating in interactive games and hands-on exhibits, and listening attentively to the teachers’ explanations, which further helped build their awareness of home safety and energy conservation. This activity allowed the children to learn through exploration and experience, expanding their knowledge while fostering good habits of conserving resources and valuing energy.
