On 13 September 2025, our school conducted a professional development session on free play for teaching staff, which proved highly beneficial for all participants. Through games, group discussions, and practical demonstrations, teachers explored current approaches to free play in different settings, learned about their roles in facilitating it, and acquired techniques for guiding free play. All participants were fully engaged. During group discussions and teaching demonstrations, teachers not only recognised each other's strengths but also offered constructive feedback, enhancing their skills in leading free play and fostering professional growth among peers.
