On November 21, 2025, our school's teachers traveled to Shenzhen for professional development and cultural exchange activities. By visiting distinctive local kindergartens, educators gained insights into implementing free play, learned to design diverse play equipment and learning spaces, and mastered flexible teaching strategies through observation and seminars to foster children's autonomous learning and creativity. Simultaneously, the program taught educators how to integrate natural elements into daily instruction, cultivating children's environmental awareness and exploratory curiosity. This exchange not only broadened teachers' professional horizons but also enhanced the quality of the learning environment for young learners.
